Lesley Martin “Chip” Warshaw, Jr., M.D.

Dr. Warshaw

A Lake Charles native, Dr. Warshaw earned his BA from Tulane, his BS from McNeese State and his MD from LSU Medical School in New Orleans. He performed internships at the University of Arkansas Medical School in Little Rock and LSU in New Orleans. He was certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology in April of 1992, and by the Sleep Disorders Center of Alabama at the Baptist Medical Center in Birmingham in 1994.

Dr. Warshaw is a fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery. He is a staff member at Rapides Regional Medical Center, Rapides Women’s and Children’s Hospital, Christus St. Frances Cabrini Hospital, Central Louisiana Surgical Hospital, and Dubuis Hospital, all in Alexandria, as well as at Oakdale Community Hospital in Oakdale, and LSU Medical Center in Lafayette.

He is also on the staff of the sleep lab at Christus St. Frances Cabrini Hospital.

Joseph A. “Jay” Badeaux III, M.D.

Dr. Badeaux

Dr. Badeaux received his BS from Louisiana State University in 1987, and his MD from Louisiana State Health Sciences Center in New Orleans in 1991. He performed an internship in General Surgery through LSU in 1991-1992, followed by an additional year of General Surgery training and four years of Otolaryngology residency also through LSUHSC, finishing in 1997. He has been Board Certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology since April of 1998.

Dr. Badeaux is a member and past president of the Rapides Parish Medical Society. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery.

He is also on staff at the Central Louisiana Surgical Hospital, Christus St. Frances Cabrini Hospital, Rapides Regional Medical Center, the Rapides Women’s and Children’s Hospital, DuBuis Hospital, LSU Medical Center of Lafayette and Natchitoches Regional Medical Center.

Audiologist Jill O. Traczewitz, M.S. CCC-A

Jill Traczewitz

A New Orleans native, Jill Traczewitz graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a degree in communication disorders. She received her master’s in audiology from the University of South Alabama and is working on her doctorate at the University of Florida. She completed her clinical fellowship year in Alabama and was a pediatrics specialist at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. Jill has been at Alexandria since 2008, where she specializes in balance disorders, rehabilitation and hearing loss testing and treatment for all ages.

Practice manager Latresa Grantadams

LaTresa Grantadams

A lifetime resident of central Louisiana, LaTresa Grantadams began working for Dr. Warshaw in 1997 and continued with him when he and Dr. Badeaux founded Alexandria Otolaryngologists Associates in 1998. She became its practice manager in 2001. LaTresa brings more than 22 years of medical office experience to her responsibilities at the clinic.
